for use in planning and thinking. thanks to andrew for procuring this. because i over-think, i have provided the original...and also one that i labeled in red with capital letters = rooms, and numerals = walls in those rooms. that way one could potentially post something like "i have 3 paintings that i think would be perfect along B2, whatchall think?" (instead of "i want that one wall that is in between this one room and that other room.")

PLEASE READ AND COMMENT SOON!!! (this is what we discussed during our meeting today! if i missed anything, please feel free to add it on.)

1. your art - how big is it? how much of it is there? how much space would you ideally like to have? please put down your "best case scenario" with the understanding that we have a lot of people and probably need to edit and negotiate!

2. your needs - do you want that "darkened room"? do you need outlets? wall space? floor space? other?

3. our postcard - we are taking a group "family portrait" on thursday at 7pm, meeting at F121, wear something fun, bring a bunch of different things. (costume and props)

4. artist statement - do we want a uniform format? do we want them displayed in a book? posted on the wall next to artwork?

5. other branding stuff - individual postcards? music? business cards? guestbooks?

i still have to shoot my wall sited stuff. (Its hard to shoot tulle fabric without having it look like crap.)

• jan 19 - images of our work for the postcard are due to Lynn Brownlie (mailbox 19) on cd. include full labeling of the piece (title, date, h/w/d, medium). images should be 5x7 and 355 dpi minimum.

• feb 1 - pricelist information submitted to Lynn

• feb 1 @ NOON - pedestal, tech, and A/B label forms submitted to Katie F

• feb 12 - artist statement emailed to Beth (bthomas@mica.edu)

• feb 18 @ 6 PM - install

• feb 19 @ 5-7 PM - opening reception!

• mar 10 - deinstall by 5 PM (you may begin mar 9 after 5 PM)
